Thrilled to say that I’ll be at the mother of all conventions this month, San Diego Comic-con! The third Nameless City book, The Divided Earth was nominated for an Eisner Award (Best Publication for Kids), so I’ll be going to take part in that, and doing a few panels and signings while I’m there.

Rainbow Rowell and Faith Erin Hicks In Conversation — Rainbow Rowell (Eleanor & Park, Carry On) is a #1 New York Times bestselling author with the highly anticipated Wayward Son coming this fall. Faith Erin Hicks (The Nameless City, Friends with Boys) is an Eisner-award winning graphic novelist. They are fans of each others’ work and now, collaborators! Dark Horse Comics, Abrams Books, and Nickelodeon are thrilled to treat fans to a panel worthy of Aang himself! Avatar: The Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra co-creator Michael Dante DiMartino, Avatar: The Last Airbender-Imbalance writer Faith Erin Hicks, and Avatar, The Last Airbender: The Rise of Kyoshi writer F.
